My 15+ years of HR leadership in global organizations was anchored in comprehensive program management and bringing creativity to complex operational design. Having architected enterprise-wide programs and scaled digital infrastructure at times supporting ~50 countries, I excel at taking an abstract vision and building the structural engine to support it.

While my most recent experiences sit at the intersection of people and operations, my focus stretched beyond standard HR legalities. While compliance is undeniably important, my passion is driven by something deeper: designing solutions out of genuine consideration for the encounter people will have when using them, rather than simply meeting regulatory demands. I focus my energy on building sustainable infrastructure where the human experience is paramount.

Working for a handful of global companies of 10,000 employees across ~50 countries was a great adventure in scale, but I’ve also done small. Very small. As a former co-owner and operator of a small creative arts business with only two employees, I also understand the resource constraints and operational burnout that independent founders can face. Holding a B.S. in Graphic Design and a certification as a Functional Medicine Health Coach, I bring a rare blend of creative, root-cause approach to problem-solving and holistic, people-first perspective.

Both my personal travel and professional work with colleagues around the world has beautifully enriched my identity as a global citizen. Even during challenging chapters—such as leading complex global team restructuring from being based in the U.S. to Costa Rica, and Singapore—traveling to work alongside these teams provided life-changing insights into human connection and local culture. Building that solid corporate foundation was an invaluable chapter, and today, I channel that high-level expertise into fostering global connections on a much more personal scale. My worldview continues to be shaped by the brilliance of cross-cultural connection.
